I have over 25 years of leadership and team development experience from my work and volunteer contributions in non-profit organizations, municipal government, and small business.

As a Certified Leadership Coach and trained facilitator, I specialize in supporting team of teams that are working within complex environments. I work with clients virtually across Canada and in-person as travel permits.

Living in a small city in rural Manitoba provides for a wonderful life that is balanced between valuable work and the ability to spend quality time with my family enjoying the place that we love to call home.
